In the restaurant, at the ground floor of the main villa, you can taste our expression of the Terre di Siena cooking made mainly with the products of our Organic Farm, in a rural atmosphere, but with a simple and accurate service. You will find tempting dishes of Cinta Senese and organic chicken from our breeding farm. High grade Chianina and Maremmana together with inviting Tuscan products, such as “pici pasta” or other hand-made pasta. Moreover, a great extra virgin olive oil PDO, wines like our Rosso del Poggio IGT Toscano BIO or Il Poggio Corno Rosso Orcia DOC Bio (our organic red wines) and bottles selected from the best Tuscan and Italian wines.Our restaurant proposes the menù à la carte and interesting tastings of the products from our farm.
Our philosophy is recover and revalue the important Terre di Siena culinary heritage, using in our dishes raw materials of high quality, mostly coming from our land.
